I think you're making the mistake that being buff makes you alpha. I'm relatively out of shape and put little effort into my personal appearance but have had sex with 9 new (And cute) girls in the last month and far more than you over my lifetime. My good friend, who goes to the gym everyday and is ripped, hasn't had sex in the last 8 months.
Being alpha is about confidence, not how you look. The fact that you need to make a thread to try and validate your hard work in the gym means you have some serious self confidence issues. Muscles can be a useful tool, but that is all they are, a tool. The goal (Fucking lots of girls and being successful in life) is what's important. You haven't reached the goal, so you sir, are not terribly alpha.
